Chui's NeoGeo Windows Emulator (RC-3). Unzip download to a New Folder. Run neo4all.exe for NeoGeo CD emulator (CD based game console) Run aes4all.exe for NeoGeo AES emulator (Cartridge based game console) Cartridge ROM's are located in CART dir, add AES files here.
Choose 'Select Game' and move to the CART dir to select a game (AES). CD folder contains images which can be mounted to a virtual cd-rom drive that can be installed via freeware software like Alcohol 52% or Daemon Tools Lite. Descargar driver de red. Mount the Cue file.
